Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for day-to-day activities of office admin, procurement, operational activity, corporate affairs, and legal affairs related.

∎ Corporate Affairs Related
∎
∎ Govt. Permission and Venue related CEMS ALL SBU's Activity Monitoring.
∎ Ministry Permission
∎ Police Permission
∎ NBR
∎ Related Govt. Office
∎ As per Management requirement
∎ Guest Management Coordination National and International
∎ Liaison with Government, Privat, NGO and semi-government office.
∎ Membership Management with Govt, Association, Chamber Embassy
∎ IRC & ERC and RJSC matters with Export -Re Export Basis Works.
∎ Legal Documentation (Trade License, Trade Mark, Copyright etc.)
∎ Passport & NID matters within Organization and Verification to employee
∎ Lead Generation from different ministry as per working space area.
∎ Admin & Procurement Related :
∎ Office Management with pro-actively daily 5/6 times floor visit and findings to solve also report (if req to MD / CEO)
∎ Purchase and all Sales auditing with tracking sales person
∎ Office Own Requirement Purchase Management
∎ Vendor Management
∎ Vehicle Management
∎ Assets & Warehouse Management
∎ Audit Executing twice in a year
∎ Maintaining International Standardization as per certification
∎ General Office Administration and Staffing structure.
∎ Administrative official correspondence.
∎ Office supervision and CC TV Monitoring
∎ Ensure Food for staff and maintain Staff canteen properly.
∎ Meeting set up, preparation and circulation.
∎ Ensure smooth operation of Admin department.
∎ Handle any unwanted situation completely, properly and tactfully.
∎ Process Corporate SIM and Visiting Card for officials.
∎ To improve workers and management relationship, communication with workers & staffs and safeguard the facility against labor unrest and conflict.
∎ To ensure security of the project in consultation with the Head of the project.
∎ Monitoring Leave, Day Off, Holidays, Evaluation of Duties and Responsibility and activities of staff.
∎ Keeping close liaison with Building Association and Owners Association
∎ Local and International projects working according to management decision
∎ Provide necessary logistic support (all printing items, sitting arrangement for newly join employees etc.) to all employees.
∎ Maintain and keep recording all Asset Head office and Other Office/House
∎ Maintaining Support staff Work Roster and works process.
∎ Every Month Monthly Meeting with Coordination all Department
∎ Expo, Event and Conference related job allocation to contractual employee.
∎ Supporting Automation system and developing new technique for new smart office building
∎ Supports company operations by maintaining office systems staff.
∎ Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
∎ Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
∎ Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
∎ Helping Accounts Recovery Team and if required setting strategy for recovery
∎ Local labor pull database making for operational works.
∎ Office Inventory control through Admin Team
∎ Involving Big Type of Tender process as per requirement.
∎ Any kind of task assigning as per the management decision.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
