Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for day-to-day activities of all types of Operation and Activation related activity, and liaison maintaining with major department Head or concern person. Ensuring goods/services delivery through vendor. relevant work
∎ General Operational & Activation:
∎ Developing event strategies & planning that align with the business's sales and marketing objectives
∎ Leading and managing a team to plan and execute events
∎ Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and clients
∎ Overseeing all aspects of event planning, including budgeting, logistics, and promotions
∎ Ensuring events are executed smoothly and meet quality standards
∎ Analyzing event performance and making recommendations for improvements
∎ Ensuring quality output from Creative & Design section and good inter department relation between operation and Creative
∎ Staying current with industry trends and advancements to bring new and innovative ideas to the company's events.
∎ Responds to expo exhibitor's vendor questions regarding their participation and ensures participants are adhering to event rules and regulations before expo.
∎ Review weekly inters department meeting with previous week reports to ensure quality time work of operation team.
∎ Development expo or any work pre planning related budgets with execution plan
∎ Estimated budget for management to assist internal works manpower
∎ Keeping current records within the event expense checkbook/cost sheet with Challan
∎ Ensure All logistics in venue from warehouse and re back to warehouse
∎ Ensure full expo or event operations with proper monitoring and Prior knowledge of publishing, trade shows and/or marketing related works.
∎ Ensuring full events/expos details goods and other services
∎ Guest Management Coordination National and International at event/expo
∎ Liaison support with Government, Privat, NGO and semi-government office
∎ Operation Management:
∎ Warehouse Management with pro-actively Monthly 4/5 times visit and findings problem to solve with Admin and related department
∎ Helping and given sources for team
∎ Vendor data Management and yearly report given as per operational aspect
∎ Strong participation for Audit Executing twice in a year (if required)
∎ Maintaining International Standardization operation process as per company policy and international certification rules
∎ Ensure Food for staff and relevant people in expo or related working time through Operation team properly.
∎ Ensure all project Pre-Meeting for setup, preparation and dismantle.
∎ Ensure smooth operation receiving BP/Associate from Admin and make proper training to deploying different area of work.
∎ To improve and engaging labor, workers and management relationship, communication with workers & staffs and safeguard the facility against labor unrest and conflict.
∎ Monitoring Leave, Day Off, Holidays, Extra duty Evaluation of Duties and Responsibility and activities of staff.
∎ Local and International project work for operational process.
∎ Maintaining Support staff Work Roster and works process.
∎ Every Month Monthly Meeting with Coordination all Department
∎ Achieves operational objectives by preparing an annual planning, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
∎ Helping Accounts Recovery Team and if required setting strategy for recovery
∎ Local labor pull database making for operational works and send to admin
∎ Office Inventory control through Admin Team and operational team
∎ Involving Big Type of Tender process as per requirement. (if any)
∎ Any kind of task assigning as per the management decision.
