∎ Other Discipline will able to apply but must have strong experience in Software Sales with Software or IT Client Service area.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for day-to-day activities of IT Related Product and Services Sales, Marketing, Branding Coordination with local and international activity with Different product and services (including Digital Marketing activity monitoring), Different Sales Account Management with ensuring Sales monthly and yearly Target.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Corporate Sales & Marketing Team Management:
∎ Providing hands-on follow-up of all daily sales activities for the product/brand segment starting from developing / marketing through order placement and shipment.
∎ Taking full responsibility and make the biggest IT services related company in BD
∎ Prepare estimates, submit invoices (if any) and helping to collecting bill amount
∎ Supervise PR, media coverage and generate new business
∎ Manage contractual manpower and permanent resources to get the optimum efficiency for any project (if any).
∎ Ensure excellent communication skill to work with several different parties, from an internal team, to multiple clients, to outside vendors.
∎ Ensure the monthly sales target and ensure to achieve yearly sales target
∎ International Market Research & Institutional Sales:
∎ Ensuring quality working for International Sales
∎ Ensuring every project report and other competitor analysis
∎ Creating a benchmark for internal and external market sales
∎ Sales Liaison with Govt. and Privat Bodies

∎ Membership Management with local and international Association, Chamber Embassy
∎ Bridge between MIS team and Client (govt/private) for smooth operation
∎ Reporting to Top Management :
∎ Weakly Sales report with next week sales plan
∎ Monthly Sales report and success and failure report
∎ Quarterly Sales Report and Next Quarter Sales Planning
∎ Yearly Expo/Related Work planning with collaboration in different department.
∎ Yearly Sales Collection and Sales Audit closing with Accounts and MIS department
∎ Any customized report or presentation as per Management requirement
∎ Any kind of task assigning as per the management decision.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 35 years
∎ 5 to 7 year(s) in Specific area of expertise.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Software Sales & Marketing, Client Service, International Sales Relationship
∎ Positive attitude, anything can do attitude
∎ Work under pressure with self-motivated and meet the deadline.
∎ Excellent verbal communication and Power point presentation skills.
∎ Proficiency in English and Bangla writing and editing skill.
