We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Corporate Sales Professional to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue for our diverse portfolio, ranging for LumenPro Studio Ltd A leading Bangladeshi Brand of LED Lighting fixtures to premium architectural solutions from our global partner brand as well. You will be the bridge between technical excellence and client vision.
Business Development: Identify and penetrate new market segments including corporate offices, industrial complexes, and large-scale architectural projects.
Key Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with developers, interior designers, architects, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) consultants.
Solution Selling: Conduct site visits and consult with clients to provide tailored lighting layouts and energy-efficient solutions.
Brand Ambassadorship: Represent both our high-quality local brand and our globally recognized partner brand with technical authority.
Tender & Proposal Management: Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for large-scale private and government projects.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B/Corporate Sales, preferably within the building materials, electrical, or lighting industry.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand lighting specifications, lux levels, and architectural drawings.
Mindset: A "hunter" mentality with a dedication to long-term relationship building and a strong sense of ownership.
Communication: Excellent negotiation and presentation skills in both English and Bangla
Key Responsibilities
Sales Hunting & Business Development: Actively hunt for new projects and validate leads within the assigned area(s) to achieve sales targets.
Design & Collaboration: Collaborate with in-house architects to prepare lighting designs and proposals that meet client needs.
Client Visits: Regularly visit potential Corporate Houses, RMG sectors, Government Institutions, and Private companies to generate sales and develop business relationships.
Proposal Creation: Prepare and submit comprehensive business proposals, including technical and financial offers.
Account Management: Visit existing clients to upsell/cross-sell products and provide necessary services to maintain strong business relationships.
Sales Closing: Negotiate and lock sales deals with clients.
Product Management: Oversee product delivery and sample submission/return processes.
