The Sales & Marketing team will be responsible for achieving company sales targets, building strong client relationships, and implementing effective marketing strategies to expand the brand presence and drive business growth.

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field visits, networking, and cold calling.

• Visit clients regularly to promote company products/services and build strong professional relationships.

• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and service offers to clients.

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the management.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.

• Maintain proper records of client communication, sales activities, and follow-ups.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.

• Assist in developing marketing materials, online content, and branding activities.

• Ensure excellent customer service and handle client issues promptly and professionally.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and update the CRM/management as required.
