Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to develop proper Policies & Strategies for Plywood Sales & Trade Marketing in order to increase Sales & Collection, Searching new potential dealers etc.
∎ Ensure proper surveys, market research and analysis in order to identify market & Sales opportunities, gain a better understanding of customer needs and protect business with existing customers or win business from weaker competitors.
∎ Dealer Management and Control (Proper understanding of agreement with Dealers, Prepare & maintain master database of dealers, build up and maintain strong & trustworthy relationship with the existing and prospective dealers, assessment of Dealers, provide training on Products to Dealers employees).
∎ Review existing processes, identify gaps/ lacking in existing operations, develop processes to make it standard level, ensure proper execution, monitor and control.
∎ Ensure proper utilization of Salespersons, lead and provide Trainings for sales executives who are working under you to ensuring proper sales call to achieve the sales target.
∎ Ensure appropriate Sales supports (On time Delivery, Sales pitches, presentations & promotional materials etc.) to dealers and Sales team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 15 years’ experience in dealer Sales operations.
∎ Experienced in Plywood Sales will get advantage.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Sales in FMCG, Laminated Board, Plywood, MDF etc.
