Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with all management staff to identify and deliver the routine & required administrative support services for the organization.
∎ Lead the project management initiatives for identifying new office space, vendor selection to execute office design and development, project execution, refurbishment and commissioning of the office in all respects.
∎ Ensure facilities management, including utility operation and maintenance, for all offices in the location.
∎ Ensure proper canteen operation & transport operation in a cost effective way.
∎ Supervise and coordinate security efforts across the company, including information technology, human resources, communications, legal, facilities management and other groups, as well as safeguarding of intellectual property.
∎ Develop emergency procedures and incident responses and investigate security breaches.
∎ Implement disciplinary procedures and conduct audits to find loopholes in security platform.
∎ Determine and implement all safety related issues in the project, medical requirement and formalities as per set regulations.
∎ Take measure and protection of the employees to eliminate hazards created by gravity, motion, mechanical, electrical, temperature, pressure, chemical, biological, radiation and lastly sound.
∎ Investigate accidents to identify causes or to determine how such accidents might be prevented in the future.
∎ Inspect or evaluate workplace environment, equipment, or practices to ensure compliance with safety standards as per set regulations.
∎ Investigate the adequacy of ventilation, exhaust equipment, lighting, or other conditions that could affect employee health, comfort, or performance, health-related complaints and inspect facilities to ensure that they comply with public health legislation and regulations.
∎ Analyze the need, develop and execute the support systems and implement in required systems for services like housekeeping, preventive maintenance, office stationery, utilities, rent and parking management
∎ Manage the entire administration function independently
∎ Ensure healthy and hygienic operation of canteen / cafeteria through identified vendor / contractor
∎ Drive contract negotiations and finalization with selected vendors / contractors
∎ Responsible for complete arrangements for annual events, conferences, seminars and other functions.
∎ Conduct periodic internal audit on fire-safety, health, safety & environment.
∎ Ensure the availability of fire & safety equipment with good condition across the group.
∎ Arrange periodical fire drill & awareness training across the group at least twice in a year.
∎ Coordinate meeting with fire-safety committee at least twice in a year.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bengali & English.
∎ Self-driven and innovative attitude and have problem solving and decision making skills with capability to work in teams.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
