• Ability to work in a team with a strong focus on results.

• Good analytical ability and problem-solving skills with excellent interpersonal relations.

• Preference will be given to the highly experienced person

• Ensure the finishing sections production in align with quality.

• Develop, manage implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company Vs Quality Assurance Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.

• Keeping of necessary quality related documentations.

• Prepare quality SOP and implement the same in align with Buyer requirements.

• Identifying the root-cause and action plans against any kind of quality related issues.

• Support the factory in providing a comprehensive quality assurance service to the Dyeing department from Sampling to Final Inspection.

• Responsible in implementing and sustaining Quality Management System in Dyeing Finishing section.

• Monitor QA/QC performance by gathering relevant production NEW data, produce statistical reports and the same need to communicate with all related departments.
