Responsibilities & Context:
Provide oversight, guidance, and direction to a cross-functional team of engineers and technicians.
Oversee preventive maintenance activities and develop maintenance routines and procedures.
Optimize equipment up time, reliability, and efficiency by analyzing performance data and maintenance practices.
Ensure regulatory compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Analyze maintenance data to identify trends impacting efficiency, cost, quality, plant capacity, and production throughput.
Lead a team of 40-50 people and effectively communicate technical information.
Manage the overall activities of the plant and act as Plant Head when necessary.
