Operation, Production, RMG sector
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develops preventive, predicative, and corrective maintenance program in conjunction with engineering and maintenance staff.
∎ Directs maintenance activities on utility systems to provide a continuous supply of boiler heat, steam, electric power, gas, heavy cooling, treated water, chilling water, and compressor or blower air required for operations.
∎ Design and modify the different types of tools and vessels system, piping systems, conveyor system, mechanical power transmission system (belt & pulley-drive, chain & sprocket-drive, coupling & shaft-drive, gearbox & motor drive, clutches & break- drive), machines equipment, and control systems. Also, selection of proper control and spare parts equipment for the plant and utility machinery.
∎ Maintain a good understanding of the process or plant machine equipment.
∎ Manages plant and utility maintenance activity including planning, scheduling, monitoring, forecasting, resource allocation, and cost control.
∎ Manage and assist in the completion of the day-to-day activities involving the maintenance of the factory.
∎
∎ Responsible for planning, scheduling of labor and equipment, and budgeting for factory turn-abounds.
∎ Responsible for managing routine maintenance planning/scheduling activities in accordance with factory safety policies and procedures.
∎ Collect and analyze data to minimize wastage or to reduce overtime.
∎ Minimizes costs and disruption to the plant caused by maintenance activity.
