∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure on time shipment to clearance timely manner to ensure the inputs.
∎ Booking Export FF, maintaining documentation & conduct the meeting for customer requirement.
∎ Report to HKG divisional Head for exceptional Import and Export.
∎ Ensure C&F charges within budget.
∎ Ensure order / File closing weekly with the warehouse team.
∎ Ensure UD, IP, EP issue from BGMEA, BEPZA, as per requirement and closing order to order with books.
∎ Ensure proper factory coordination closely with all relevant parties daily and weekly basis.
∎ Prepare the monthly shipment projection.
∎ Follow up weekly shipment.
∎ Maintain export payment request on timely.
∎ Close all C & F bill statement by monthly basis.
∎ Monitoring and follow up C&F payment for entire group with Accounts dept.
∎ Monitoring UD, GSP, Stamp and other expenses to collect BL.
