Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare finishing plan as per shipment schedule and give validation.
∎ Provide technical assistance for continuous monitoring and confirming finishing process
∎ Optimize manpower utilization, Maintain efficiency level.
∎ Hourly, Monthly, Yearly target follow up and achieve.
∎ Order quantity completion as per PO wise, style wise, color wise and reconciliation.
∎ Resolve technical bottleneck in the floor for smooth production flow to achieve right quantity and quality..
∎ Must be able to improve efficiency and productivity of finishing floor.
∎ Maintain on time shipment schedule & highest standard of quality.
∎ Minimize wastage in terms of quality rejection in order to fulfill order quantity.
∎ Skill development in the floor, Maintain Safe, Compliant and pleasant workplace
∎ Plan and implement the process program with minimize downtime
∎ Any other task provided by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Should have sound knowledge of quality management
∎ Well-behaved, honest and able to work timely.
∎ Should have knowledge in social & technical audit.
∎ Knowledge in English & Computer will be given preference.
∎ Minimum 6 years of Experience in finishing section (down jacket, padded J/k and other jacket, bottoms & all of woven products).
∎ 4 years of experience in the similar position will be preferred.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill.
Salary: Negotiable
