  • Age 30 to 45 years

Ø   Proven success in achieving sales/revenue targets in the public-sector domain.

Ø   Experience managing end-to-end government technology projects (budgeting, planning, execution).

Ø   Strong knowledge of procurement cycles, funding processes and regulatory frameworks.

Ø   Ability to work independently while handling multiple priorities.

Ø   Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills.



Responsibilities & Context:

Government Business Development

  • Pursue the identification, qualification, and capture of public-sector opportunities by actively engaging government offices, ministries, and SOEs.

  • Build and maintain an ethical network of government contacts (IT heads, program managers, finance decision-makers) to anticipate upcoming programs, budgets and procurement needs.

  • Drive sustainable revenue growth by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets set by management.

Results & Impact Areas

  • Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets in the government business segment.

  • Deliver projects on time, within budget and to the agreed quality standards as measured by defined project KPIs.

  • Strengthen and expand relationships with government stakeholders to generate new opportunities.

  • Provide accurate, high-quality and timely reporting to the COO and senior management.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the single point of contact between company leadership, government clients and project stakeholders.

  • Ensure alignment on project objectives, deliverables, timelines and compliance requirements.

  • Provide timely and transparent updates to the COO on business opportunities, project progress, financial status and risks.

  • Support project delivery by guiding partner or external teams through knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Risk, Compliance & Ethics

  • Identify potential risks early, whether project-related, financial or compliance-related and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Operate strictly within national regulations, anti-corruption laws and the company’s Code of Conduct.

  • Safeguard the company’s reputation by ensuring ethical and compliant practices in all interactions with government stakeholders.
