-Mandatory: Practical training / 2-3 years experience from an Audit Firm.

-Strong exposure to audit, accounting standards and compliance during articleship.

-Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounts.

-CA-CC (Chartered Accountancy – Certificate Course) completed.

-CA-CC must be completed from any reputed Audit Firm.

-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.

-Good communication skill in Bangla & English.

-Proficiency in MS Suite applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).



Responsibilities & Context:

Accounting & Financial Reporting:

-Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts in line with IAS, IFRS and Bangladesh accounting standards.

-Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.

-Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all financial transactions.

Audit & Compliance:

-Assist in internal and external audits.

-Prepare audit schedules, working papers and respond to audit queries.

-Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls and regulatory requirements.

-Identify control gaps and recommend improvements.

Taxation & Statutory Matters:

-Handle VAT & Tax compliance as per NBR regulations.

-Assist in preparation and submission of VAT returns, tax returns and related documents.

-Maintain proper VAT & Tax records and supporting schedules.

-Coordinate with tax consultants and authorities when required.

Budgeting & Financial Analysis:

-Assist in preparation of budgets and forecasts.

-Analyze budget vs actual variances and provide explanations.

-Prepare financial reports and analysis for management decision-making.

-Support cost control and efficiency initiatives.

Coordination & Support:

-Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial matters.

-Support management with ad-hoc financial reports and analysis.

-Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies as needed.

-Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and deadlines.
