Responsibilities & Context:
  • Greet, welcome, direct visitors/clients/vendors and announce them to concerned personnel.

  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries; direct them to appropriate departments.

  • Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth front-desk operations.

  • Schedule appointments and assist in meeting/training room arrangements.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and documents efficiently.

  • Assist in administrative tasks such as maintaining files, data entry, and preparing reports.

  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable always.

  • Maintain visitor logbook and records of staff movement.

  • Maintain effective communication with internal departments on behalf of management.

  • Provide general administrative support.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

  • During office time doing call as well as CSR support.

  • Must have smart attitude and be well presentable.

  • Energetic and committed to work.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management Employment Status.
