Ability to work under pressure.
Greet, welcome, direct visitors/clients/vendors and announce them to concerned personnel.
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries; direct them to appropriate departments.
Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth front-desk operations.
Schedule appointments and assist in meeting/training room arrangements.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and documents efficiently.
Assist in administrative tasks such as maintaining files, data entry, and preparing reports.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable always.
Maintain visitor logbook and records of staff movement.
Maintain effective communication with internal departments on behalf of management.
Provide general administrative support.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
During office time doing call as well as CSR support.
Must have smart attitude and be well presentable.
