  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards, and internal control systems.

  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Accounting software.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in manufacturing or factory accounting will be an advantage.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in manufacturing or industrial organizations.



Responsibilities & Context:

Primitek Group is looking for a Manager – Accounts & Finance to manage and monitor the financial operations of the factory. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective internal control systems, budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis, and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. The position will play a key role in monitoring operational financial performance, analyzing production and financial data, managing cash flow, and ensuring proper financial documentation to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze production reports and operational financial reports, including variance analysis against budget and forecasts.

  • Monitor the collection and review of financial data, including general ledgers, cash summaries, and factory financial records.

  • Ensure effective internal control systems and proper financial documentation across factory operations.

  • Perform financial analysis such as growth analysis, expense vs. revenue ratios, and vertical/horizontal analysis.

  • Review bills, vouchers, and financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Support the budgeting and forecasting process and monitor financial performance against approved budgets.

  • Prepare and review monthly budget variance reports and provide recommendations for corrective actions.

  • Monitor forecasted vs. actual cash flow and ensure proper cash management.

  • Supervise monthly physical inventory counts and ensure reconciliation with financial records.

  • Ensure proper inter-factory financial reconciliation on a monthly basis.

  • Coordinate with production, supply chain, and management to ensure financial transparency and operational efficiency.

  • Provide financial insights and analytical reports to management for decision-making.
