Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA/ Masters -Major in HRM/ Marketing/Accounting/Finance/ International Business from any reputed Public University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ ADMINISTRATION & HR
∎ Ensure proper implementation of Admin & HR related plan, policy, procedure and guidelines.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to integrate business development.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage the team & customers and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Provides administrative support to various departments within the company.
∎ Assist on Logistics follow up Inventory Management.
∎ Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff. Takes corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with company policy.
∎ Verify the all petty cash bill vouchers of the employees and forward to management for approval.
∎ Maintaining all important documents.
∎ Maintaining requisition & budget for any program.
∎ Maintaining all expenses properly in coordination with accounts dept.
∎ Maintaining all kind of General Services.
∎ Maintaining Monthly various utilities cost report.
∎ To keep good relation with Government Office.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with existing & new client and adopting policy.
∎ Ability to handle complaints & quarries.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
∎ OPERATION:
∎ The candidate will assume overall responsibility for a team of business development and marketing operations for business growth.
∎ Develop and implement the strategies to grow organizations business.
∎ Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization
∎ Develop long term & short term plans for increasing Sales to coordinate with Sales dept.
∎ Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives
∎ Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable departments
∎ Work closely with legal and safety departments to make sure activities remain compliant
∎ Oversee materials and inventory management
∎ Strong budget development and oversight skills;
∎ Carry out day-to-day operation independently as per plan.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Administration, Business Development, Public Administration
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Administration, Management, Business Development, Production/ Operation Management
∎ Smart and strong command in English language (Verbal& written).
∎ Administrative work and Sales Development Management.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the areas of Modern trade products (Imported food items, non-food items)/Food manufacturing industry, Restaurant.
∎ Knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, Power point and Internet browsing, etc.).
∎ Excellent motivational and leadership skills.
∎ Highly motivated with a genuine drive to succeed.
∎ Must be a good strategic planner and implementer.
∎ Excellent client relationship and creative services.
