Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain & monitor overall HR & Administrative strategies, Commercial and accounts management and strategies and systems, tactics and procedures across the organization to align with business and industry nature
∎ Plan to implement policies, processes, training and necessary administrative support required for business and project operations.
∎ Monitor and track manpower requirements for different departments and mitigate placement in a timely manner
∎ Ensure compliance, local labour laws, and regulations are followed in organizational practice, process and turn to make a culture
∎ Providing creative ideas for increasing employee engagement and taking initiatives accordingly
∎ Initiate to develop of different policies, procedures and practices to expedite project work from time to time
∎ Ensure HR administration activities are properly managed within the desirable timeframe
∎ Mitigate Office vehicles requirement and engage with coordination of the Transport Department
∎ Ensure the safety of project premises, people, instruments and assets with coordination and engagement of the Security force
∎ Generate different reports and communicate to HOD for the understanding status of HR & Admin department
