∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ 5+ years of experience working in Quality Assurance positions with significant experience building out automation coverage
∎ 2+ years of experience in leading a team of QA Analysts
∎ 2+ years of experience with complex SQL data validation and related automation experience
∎ Skilled in a variety of languages, frameworks, and of tools for service and front-end test verification and automation, back-end data validation, Selenium, Cypress, or Postman
∎ Experience with CI/CD pipeline tools
∎ Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and similar tools
∎ Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or related cloud platform and products
∎ Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) with internal and external clients
∎ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
∎ Proven experience managing a QA team of at least 10 people.
∎ Excellent communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
∎ In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, including Manual and Automation Testing.
∎ Hands-on experience with Selenium, Appium, Rest Assured, and Java.
∎ Strong understanding of Microservices, Rest APIs, and Third-party Integration testing.
∎ Familiarity with SDLC and a proactive approach to contribute to architecture, design, and implementation of Test Automation Solutions.

∎ Leadership and Team Management:
∎ - Build and lead a high-performing QA team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
∎ - Manage a team of at least 10 individuals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support for their professional development.
∎ Testing Expertise:
∎ - Leverage your 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance to oversee testing activities throughout the SDLC.
∎ - Demonstrate proficiency in Manual Testing, Automation Testing, and experience with tools such as Selenium using Java, and Rest Assured for UI and API Automation .
∎ Technical Proficiency:
∎ - Exhibit expertise in testing Front/Backend functionality, Microservices, Rest APIs, and Third-party Integrations.
∎ - Contribute to the architecture, design, and implementation of Test Automation Solutions, staying abreast of the latest trends and technologies.
∎ Collaboration and Communication:
∎ - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Designers, and Developers, from feature inception to delivery.
∎ - Communicate effectively, providing clear reports and insights on testing progress, issues, and potential improvements.
∎ Innovation and Problem-Solving:
∎ - Identify weak spots in the system and design effective test scripts to ensure robust software.
∎ - Develop creative testing approaches to break software and proactively identify potential problems.
