Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree or equivalent on Human Resource Management (preferably having any professional certificate course on HRM) from a reputed university with excellent academic track record.

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Sr. HR Officer for the School.
∎ Purpose: The Sr. HR Officer will be responsible for various HR related work for BRAC JPGSPH.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in overall recruitment process of the School.
∎ Liaise with finance team and ensure budget is available for all new and existing positions at the School.
∎ Responsible to update ERP and monitor data validation weekly.
∎ Check and resolve the ERP issues regularly. Update, modify and address queries and difficulties faced by staff on daily basis.
∎ Responsible to maintain HRIS for all staff at school.
∎ Assist in ensuring Job descriptions are in place and assist supervisor to set KPI's for their team.
∎ Responsible for sending out payroll reports to finance.
∎ Work with BRAC HR for establishing and finalizing job description and assist in designing salary structure. Also ensure all job description is up to date, assist in creating new ones, as and when required
∎ Assist HR Manager in performance management, talent assessment, and effective employee relationships
∎ Assist and ensure on time preparation of list of employee for yearly appraisal, prepare evaluation form based on job description, notify supervisor accordingly in consultation with the HR Manager.
∎ Assist team members with orientation process of new staffs.
∎ Responsible for contract management which includes monitor tenure of contract of all staff; Follow up with the notice of contract expiry on a monthly basis. Receive, check and process contract extension and end requisition.
∎ Facilitate employee engagement program as advised by HR Manager.
∎ Assist and contribute in formulation and implementation of Employee Handbook, HR policies and procedures for the school and ensure these are up to date and legally compliant.
∎ Assist to conduct General Meeting, SMC meeting & prepare meeting minutes.
∎ Ensure full support to the concerned projects/program in relation to the HR functions and as advised by the HR Manager

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 to 5 years of professional relevant work experience in HR covering all relevant areas.
∎ Excellent communication and writing skills both in English and Bangla
∎ Adequate Knowledge of HRIS systems, ERP and databases
∎ Computer literacy is essential e.g. Microsoft Office. Specially MS word, MS Excel, Power point;
∎ Proactive in taking initiatives and being an active team player
∎ Have to be detail oriented and efficient in handling pressure
