Responsibilities & Context:
• The intersection of Climate Change Program presents urgent challenges and opportunities. The Sr. General Manager for Climate Change Program will have knowledge on principles and practices of climate change planning, project management and coordinating interdisciplinary efforts.
• Expertise in developing funding and grant Proposals
• Tracking donor requirements and ensuring compliance with funding guidelines
• Developing materials and outreach/social media campaigns focused on climate change
• Responsible for coordination of all projects and activities related to climate change
• Prepare planning, analysis, and writing reports including findings and recommendation
• Manage multiple staff positions
• Collaborating with government agencies, local NGOs and INGOs and community organizations to implement climate initiatives.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in both Bengali and English
