Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ PGD in HRM or any professional degree from abroad in HR/Administration field will be an added advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Administration, Administrative Management, Employee Branding, Human Resource Management, Human Resources & Development, Oparation, Policy Development

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Business Operation, Human Resource Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Software Company

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist HR Head, in strategic planning and overall HR operations.
∎ Assist concern team for organizational development activities.
∎ Execute and monitor over-all broad-based HR functions of the whole company as per corporate guideline.
∎ Coordinate recruitment and selection process as per company guidance and requirement.
∎ Maintain attendance, leave record and holiday management.
∎ Plan, coordinate, follow and organize training calendar/training programs as per the corporate guidelines.
∎ Coordinate implementation and execution of employee performance appraisal system.
∎ Prepare official drafts for HR operation.
∎ Organize/manage/ maintain personnel records and files; create, organize and implement database where necessary.
∎ Organize & conduct orientation programs.
∎ Handle staff administration, welfare and employee relation issues.
∎ Look after the administration and house keeping of Corporate Office.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 45 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ 2 to 5 year(s), preferred from any reputed software/IT industry.
∎ People-oriented and results-driven.
∎ High proficiency in English communication and English medium background would be preferred.
∎ Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
∎ Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
∎ Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
∎ Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
∎ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
