∎ Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A) in Graphic Design
∎ Skills Required: Attention to detail, Branding and typography, Color Sense, Color Theory, creativity and innovation

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Adobe indesign, Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, brand design, Branding, Graphics Design, Logo Design, motion graphics, video editing, Video Editor Graphics designer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Ageny, Architecture Firm, E-commerce, Interior Design, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working with the brand team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
∎ Creating and implementing tailored marketing plans based on requirements.
∎ Shaping brand standards and creating procedures to ensure all products are brand appropriate.
∎ Conceiving and implementing concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and overseeing them to completion.
∎ Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics.
∎ Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery.
∎ Reviewing junior designer drafts to ensure quality.
∎ Generating fresh concepts.
∎ Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
∎ Creating and delivering motion graphics for various media.
∎ Working with marketing and brand teams to select audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for graphic design.
∎ Editing video footage and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
∎ Staying up to date on the latest graphic design techniques.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years

Salary: Tk. 35000 - 50000 (Monthly)
