• 1-2 years experiences in relevant field

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sr. Executive/Executive – Supply Chain Management (SCM) to join our dynamic team at Akij Venture Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement, inventory, logistics, and ensuring seamless supply chain operations.

Routine/Regular Responsibilities:

• Customized servicing and project-related work, including electrical and mechanical equipment sourcing for fabrication.

• Preparation of Comparative Statements and Purchase Orders as per approved offers and technical specifications.

• Arrangement of management approvals as per factory requirements.

• Organizing repair and maintenance activities as needed.

• Visiting suppliers and inspecting materials.

• Checking bills and processing payments.

• Developing alternative suppliers to ensure uninterrupted supply.

Non-routine/Periodical Responsibilities:

• Preparing reports as required by management.

• Performing any additional job assigned by management.
