Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: training in compliance,Certified lead auditor in Compliance will be preferred
∎ Skills Required: Environmental Compliance, Health Safety and Environment, HR Compliance, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Social Compliance
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Certified lead auditor in Compliance will be preferred, Environmental Compliance, Garments Factory Compliance, HR Compliance, Social Compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to supervisor in the Compliance department
∎ Develop and implement new strategies related to all compliance.
∎ Ensure implementation of the Compliance in the factory as per COC.
∎ Maintain properly standard of QMS & EMS are in the factory.
∎ Assist Compliance Audit, follow-up for implementation and provide reports accordingly
∎ As much as more Knowledge of compliance requirements of Accord, Alliance, BSCI, OCS, SEDEX, WRAP, OEKO-TEX etc
∎ Monitor of health, safety & environmental issues in the factory premises.
∎ Prepare a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) relating to the compliance issues.
∎ Properly organize training Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, Security Awareness Training, and other similar topics effectively.
∎ Any other job assigned by Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the others
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
