∎ BBA/MBA from any reputed University, with Major in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Study market trends, client needs and growth opportunities to strategically position Bay’s product line
∎ Work with cross-functional partners to develop solutions that will improve the timeliness, cost, and quality of Bay’s projects based on market research
∎ Assist in all physical marketing activities including project signage creation, 3D renderings, sales brochures, and events
∎ Assist in all digital marketing activities including website development, social media marketing, and display advertising
∎ Assist the team in copy writing material for digital marketing mediums
∎ Ensure proper processing of requisitions, bills, etc.
∎ Any other tasks provided by management to perform
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 28 years
∎ Experience in marketing at advertising/digital marketing agency
∎ Able to conduct market research through identifying trends, customer segments and product development opportunities
∎ Strong understanding of all digital platforms – Web Development, Facebook, Instagram, Paid Ads
∎ Excellent command over English, both written and verbal
∎ Comfortable analyzing and applying web data including traffic and conversion metrics
∎ A good eye for aesthetically appealing content
∎ Software skills on MS Office Suite, Adobe Bridge, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
