Bachelor of Architecture from any reputed university, home or abroad.

• 8 to 10 years

• Age 30 to 40 years

• 8 to 10 years in architectural design and project execution

• Proven leadership in managing large-scale projects

• Experience mentoring junior architects and coordinating teams

• Proficiency in site visits, inspections, and issue resolution

• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and new design trends

• Proficiency in SketchUp modeling

• Expertise in AutoCAD drafting and modeling

• Skilled in 3DS Max for modeling and rendering

• Experience with Photoshop for post-processing

Overview: As a Senior Architect at InterStudio for Bay Developments Limited, you will lead the design and execution of both interior and exterior aspects of our projects, ensuring adherence to quality and innovation standards. Your role involves overseeing the entire design process, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling, while mentoring junior team members and collabo- rating with various departments to ensure cohesive project development. You will engage with clients and stakeholders to address design-related concerns, conduct periodic site visits and layout inspections, and resolve any issues that arise during construction. Additionally, you will drive initiatives that incorpo- rate new design trends, materials, and technologies, promoting sustainability and efficiency. This multifaceted role demands creativity, technical expertise, leadership skills, and adaptability to support project success and enhance the built environment.

Role & Responsibities

• Develop concepts and detailed design and drawings for both Interior and Exterior works

• Prepare, modify and supervise full working drawing set for contractor and site

• Guide and supervise Design Assistants for construction drawings and shop drawings

• Work side-by-side with other teams and assist other Architects in supervision

• Assist in preparing and implementing Site Implementation Plan (SIP)

• Supervise ongoing work periodically

• Supervise the preparation of plumbing and electrical layout complying with architectural design and drawing Assist Design & Development and other departments as assigned by management

• Assist in Interior designing and budgeting

• Coordinate with other departments such as Engineering, PMC and Supply chain as required to ensure work is completed at the site as per schedule

• Periodic site visits to collect information, take photographs, providing on the spot decisions as required

• Check slab layouts before casting and other layouts as and when require

• Drafting the drawings as required

• Coordinate with Clients and Land Owners regarding design related issues Perform any other tasks assigned by the management
