• B.Sc from BUET, RUET, KUET, CUET, SUST, AUST, UAP are preferred

• Should have sound knowledge about AC and Chiller system

• Should know about Lift and Fire Fighting equipment

• Should know about Real Estate

• Hardworking

Job Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing cost-effective equipment modifications to help improve safety, reliability

• Developing a product specification with fellow engineers, often including those from other engineering disciplines

• Developing, testing, evaluating, and troubleshooting of all mechanical equipments

• Discussing and solving complex problems with sub-contractors and suppliers along with judging the faithfulness and sanctity of the suppliers

• Making sure a product can be made again reliably and will perform consistently in specified operating environments

• Managing and monitoring the maintenance procedures for all electro-mech equipment are done according as scheduled

• Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications

• Preparing comparative cost analysis for higher officials to allow them to make decisions in achieving the best quality product at a valued price

• Perform any other duties as assigned by management
