Responsibilities & Context:
The jobholder is primarily responsible for overall audit activities. He will work closely with other business managers to identify their needs and provide all necessary support concerning audit matters.
To check various bills. To check Goods Received Notes & challan. Cash counting (Now and then). To check machine log sheet & production report (Off and on). To prepare daily machine reports based on production reports. To prepare daily received & dispatch reports. To check physically store items (Ever and anon). To report any abnormal matter to the management (From time to time). Check salary & over timesheet & Any other departmental requirement.
