Experience:
Analyze and prepare preventive and predictive maintenance plan for the vehicles.
Ensure vehicle maintenance as per requirement and keep vehicle ready to run.
Analysis and build cost effective way for vehicle maintenance.
Conduct market research to assess product quality, pricing, and availability to market.
Preparing RFQ, collecting quotation, preparing CS and taking approval for purchasing of materials.
Preparing purchase orders/ work orders follow up delivery, settling supplier bills and payment;
On time delivery of all materials/ items/ services as per the requirement;
Manage store for vehicle spares for smooth operation.
Ensure timely arrival of spares for vehicle maintenance and proper receiving.
Monitor and Maintain inventory levels (maximum/minimum/re-order) of stores items as per vehicle maintenance requirement and highlight requisition/ shortfall on a timely basis.
Drive the identification and segregation of damage/rejected/non-moving or obsolete stock escalates for disposal.
Monitor supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Keep all types of record related to workshop and store.
Highlight and handle critical issues pertaining to vehicle maintenance and store operations.
