Job Responsibilities:
∎ Training Needs Analysis:
∎ a. Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify gaps in skills and knowledge within the organization;
∎ b. Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to understand specific training requirements;
∎ Program Design and Development:
∎ a. Planning and designing annual training calendar for management and other employees/staff and arrange implementation of training program as per the annual training schedule;
∎ b. Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs that align with organizational objectives;
∎ c. Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and multimedia content;
∎ d. Maintain internal and external facilitators poll;
∎ Training Delivery:
∎ a. Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for employees at various levels;
∎ b. Utilize a variety of instructional techniques to accommodate different learning styles;
∎ c. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
∎ Evaluation and Feedback:
∎ a. Implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs;
∎ b. Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training initiatives.
∎ Training Management Module:
∎ a. Drive to maintain an employee development program to assist succession planning and its technical parts;
∎ b. Oversee the administration and maintenance of the Training Management Module;
∎ c. Ensure accurate record-keeping of training activities and completion.
∎ Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
∎ a. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in training and development;
∎ b. Integrate innovative and cutting-edge approaches into training programs.
∎ Collaboration and Communication:
∎ a. Work closely with department heads and HR to align training programs with organizational goals;
∎ b. Communicate effectively with employees to promote awareness and participation in training opportunities;
∎ Carry out any others job as assigned from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ At least 4 year(s) relevant experience in Training & Development.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Training of Trainers (ToT)
∎ Skills Required: HR Reporting, MS office, Planning and budget, Presentation Skills, Training need analysis.
