Responsibilities & Context:
Bashundhara Group-Cement Industry is seeking dynamic and experienced individuals for the role of Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager (Civil Engineer) under Technical Support-Cement. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with engineers and consultants, ensuring product enlistment and sales in various projects, and providing technical and customer support. This role demands proactive collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve business goals. Responsibilities include organizing technical events, presenting the product portfolio, and analyzing competitor activities to identify areas for improvement.
Job Description / Responsibility:
Communication & Relation Buildup with Engineers (Govt./ Non-Govt./Consultant Engr.).
Collect information on running & upcoming projects from Govt./non-Govt. organizations & ensure product enlistment & Sales.
Providing support to foreign clients/contractors/consultants and corresponding with them.
Provide Technical support/ Customer Complaint support to customers with coordination of quality control dept.
Organize Events like- Engineers Meet, Mason Meet, etc.
Presenting our Product Portfolio at events and Govt./ Non-Govt. organizations.
Track competitors’ activities & analyze the pros & cons of the business and work for improvement of our weak points.
Support & Work collaboratively with the Sales team.
