∎ Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical support and advice to farmers and dealers routinely.
∎ Proper diagnosis and treating Animals as and when required.
∎ Arrange technical seminars and market promotional activities.
∎ Collect various data on the basis of farms and make report on FCR, Feed Intake, Body weight, Production percentage, Mortality etc.
∎ Prepare at least Three daily reports that include an analysis of our own feed and up to three competing companies within the designated geographical area.
∎ Providing advisory support to farmers and dealers in the development and management of both new and existing farms, while also maintaining profiles for our dealers as well as Ours and competitors.
∎ Gather competitor data, including any unique or specialized information they provide in order to gain insights into their business behavior and strategies.
∎ Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's policies and sales targets within the designated zone, providing technical Services to enhance sales growth.
∎ Design and implement a model farm management system, establish demonstration farms and compile detailed reports on its operations and outcomes.
∎ Provide specialized reports on farm visits and related issues on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
∎ Cultivate strong professional relationships with other potential technical experts and technical government personnel in the field.
∎ Any other assignment given by the superior or management.
