Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
∎ Preparation of Operation Bulletin and determination of SMV.
∎ Work in Cost minimization, efficiency increasing and optimization.
∎ Reviewing production schedules, processes, specifications, and related information.
∎ Develop and implement process improvements to increase production efficiency and reduce waste.
∎ Conduct time and motion studies to determine the most efficient production methods.
∎ Train production staff on new and improved processes.
∎ Continuously monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are being met.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues and improve overall production processes.
∎ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to stay ahead of the competition.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent project management skills.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
∎ Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and tools.
