Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
∎ B. Sc In Textile Engineering with Major in Dyeing.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
DYEING FACTORY, Dyeing Washing, Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile, Dyeing Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for dyeing production as per instruction of department head.
∎ Ensure fabric quality before delivery.
∎ Execute total dyeing order according to schedule.
∎ Coordinate with other department Like Knitting, printing, finishing & quality.
∎ Confirm shade approval.
∎ Plan and execute as per buyer requirement to ensure quality.
∎ Co-ordination with the Planning Department for the dyeing program.
∎ Machine wise planning as per capacity and priority
∎ Taking care of yarn dyeing production
∎ Maintenance of the Inventory – dyes, chemicals and stationery of dyeing department
∎ Taking care of Quality check of the dyed yarn, shade approval of fabric.
∎ Taking care of machine maintenance with quarterly, half yearly and yearly maintenance with co-ordination of Maintenance team.
∎ Regular training of the workmen and supervisory staff on quality issues
∎ Co-ordination with Planning for the program and quality control dept. for testing of fastness properties.
∎ Taking care of testing of Rubbing, washing, Light and Perspiration fastness.
∎ Co – ordination with laboratory, Design and planning departments for day to day production requirements and sampling activities.
∎ Production planning according to priority and shipment requirements.
∎ Yarn dyeing production and quality inspection.
∎ Lab matching of shades in laboratory
∎ Machine wise planning of dyeing lot
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
