Responsibilities & Context:

• Generate sales through outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries

• Promote and sell ICT Bangla’s freelancing and skill development courses

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses

• Follow up with leads to close sales and achieve monthly targets

• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally

• Use MS Office, Google Docs, and spreadsheets for reporting and tracking

• Incentive: 2,000 – 10,000+ BDT (Performance Based)
