Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in content creation, video presentation, anchoring, or a related field.
Strong on-camera presence with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Excellent Bangla speaking and storytelling abilities; English communication skills will be an advantage.Strong scriptwriting, content research, and creative planning skills.
Basic knowledge of video shooting, lighting, and editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar).
Familiarity with Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and current social media trends.Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and collaborate with a creative team.
Experience in podcast hosting, live streaming, product reviews, or educational content will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Content Creation & Presentation: Create and present engaging video content for Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
Scriptwriting & Content Planning: Research topics, develop creative content ideas, write compelling scripts, and plan content calendars.
Course & Product Promotion: Produce promotional videos, course reviews, product reviews, tutorials, and marketing content.
Podcast & Show Hosting: Host podcasts, interviews, talk shows, webinars, and other digital programs.
Video Anchoring: Present educational, promotional, and informational content with confidence and professionalism.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, videography, and editing teams to develop high-quality content.
Trend Research: Stay updated on social media trends, viral content formats, and creative storytelling techniques.
Video Production: Assist with video shoots, basic editing, and content quality assurance when required.
