- Must have access to a personal computer or laptop.

- Applicant must reside within Dhaka district.

- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company.

• Engage with leads, providing detailed information about our courses and offerings.

• Confirm course enrollments and facilitate the admission process.

• Refer leads to appropriate courses based on their interests and needs.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities.

• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with promotional strategies.

• Achieve and exceed enrollment targets to earn performance-based incentives.

• Develop, implement, and manage the affiliate marketing strategy to drive course enrollments and revenue growth.

• Identify and recruit new affiliates to join our program, building strong relationships with them.

• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, providing regular reports on key metrics such as traffic, conversions, and ROI.

• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to create promotional materials for affiliates, including banners, email templates, and landing pages.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing, and implement new strategies to enhance the program’s effectiveness.

• Work closely with the product and sales teams to align affiliate strategies with overall business goals.

• Provide ongoing support and communication to affiliates, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring their success.
