Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors or Masters in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for shrinkage / pattern grouping, and pattern corrections / balancing / adjustments according to the Fit Model.
∎ Communicate with the product development team to make the product feasible for production while at the same time meeting the customer’s demands.
∎ Responsible for pattern test sample measurements, before and after wash, to correct the final pattern.
∎ Review BOM / SG.
∎ Review all sample style/pattern comments from brand and proceed with final sample such as APS / SSS.
∎ Write PCR samples.
∎ Making the thread guides.
∎ Conducting PP meetings, in-line checks, and AQL checks in the factory to ensure the products meet the required quality and standard.
∎ Achieve weekly and monthly KPI targets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Must have experience in Technical and Quality
∎ Good numerical and analytical skills
∎ Good communication & interpersonal skills
∎ Should be a good team player
∎ Computer literacy with efficient operational experience
