Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage BDJob portal
∎ Manage internal HR portal
∎ Prepare Job Description, Appointment Letter, Job Specification and upload job posts on several platforms
∎ Schedule job interviews, conduct phone interviews and contact candidates as needed
∎ Assist in recruitment & selection process that includes job advertisement, CV screening, assessment and exit interview
∎ Contact different clients, stakeholders and resource persons to arrange meeting
∎ Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves and compensation
∎ Preparing and drafting various types of HR related letters and notices
∎ Provide ID card, appointment letter to the employee in a timely manner
∎ Maintain and control all administrative issues to facilitate smooth support
∎ Research & Plan on Digital Marketing & Sales Strategy
∎ Document Research work, Credentials for social media account & other important content & notes
∎ Manage Social Media Pages
∎ English & Bangla caption writing for marketing
∎ Good communication skill and must be punctual
∎ Any other task assigned by managements

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have previous experience in using HRM software - example, checking leave balance, etc
∎ Must know how to use Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, Forms, Microsoft Word & Excel, Gmail, BDJobs, Social Media: Linkedin & Facebook
∎ Must know how to communicate properly English through reading & writing Personal skill: Honest, Transparent, Teamwork ability, Punctual & must be following ethics.

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 50000 (Monthly)
