Civil Engineering, Deed of agreement, Land Acquisition, Land and Legal, Land Documentation, Negotiation Skills, Real Estate, Real Estate Sales, Site Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Directing and overseeing building acquisitions, leasing and site locations required to set up new facilities or hubs.
∎ Acting as a point of contact for the space owner, govt. regulatory organization and management.
∎ Preparing and submitting applications and agreements to the landlord.
∎ Managing and working closely with service owners and contractors/ vendors/ municipalities/ owners to finalize the location and fulfill the necessary contractual obligations.
∎ Ensuring detailed documentation of the site acquisition which includes the lease agreements and permits. Hand over all services/sites/documents to Admin/Finance to continually carry out the remaining works/processes.
∎ Providing site acquisitional proposals for selecting land/space according to the requirement.
∎ Candidates with Civil Engineering will be given preference.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
