Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Minimum 4–6 years’ experience in Screen Print Quality Assurance.
- Strong knowledge of print techniques (rubber, discharge, high-density, flock, foil, puff, etc.).
- Leadership skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Good communication and reporting ability
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor print quality across all production stages.
- Ensure color, placement, and print effect meet buyer standards.
- Maintain AQL standards and conduct inline & final inspections.
- Communicate with the production, planning, and merchandising teams for corrective actions.
- Guide operators and helpers to maintain consistent quality.
- Prepare daily and monthly quality performance reports
