Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textille
∎ Skills Required: strong Communication skill in English.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To follow-up fabric & accessories in-house status in factory and keep factory management informed on the same.
∎ Work with ERP system for making PO for fabric & trims.
∎ Place booking for both fabric & trims and coordinate with supplier and follow-up with factory management for on time inhouse goods.
∎ Closely work with planning team to ensure on time ETD
∎ Need to update SPL (Supplier Portal) with all fabric & trims update
∎ Need to make cost breakdown for factory
∎ Follow-up sample and testing process to get all the approval prior to starting the production
∎ Prepare Order Confirmation Sheet (OCS), BOM(Bill Of Material) sheet and Time & Action Plan (T&A) to meet the customer deadline by fulfilling their requirement
∎ To Make internal plan with CP / TNA for tracking production & final inspection for on time shipment.
∎ Maintain all relevant merchandising communications files, reports etc
∎ Completing related assignment given by the management.
