Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work on monthly Target base sales for Button Orders
∎ To handle and follow up the L/C and all types of sales related documents of button.
∎ Co-ordinate with Suppliers/Bank for Documents party acceptance and bank maturity date.
∎ To ensure PI terms and conditions for back to back LC & Checking LC clauses with buyer.
∎ Maintain the files and records as per company policy.
∎ Correspond with brands for order development, order production follow up with factory and delivery on time.
∎ Cost estimate of button with consultation of factory and management.
∎ Liaison with factory to ensure smooth production and delivery to customer and buyers.
∎ Coordinate with transport contractor for smooth functioning of shipment.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management
