∎ Age at least 34 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handling and following up on the L/C, TT, and all sales-related documents.
∎ Coordinate with Banks, and parties for L/C acceptance.
∎ Reporting of exports to Bangladesh Bank after exports.
∎ Export bills realization and coordination with finance dept.
∎ To ensure PI terms and conditions for back-to-back LC & Checking LC clauses with buyers.
∎ Maintain the files and records as per company policy.
∎ Follow up the LC and other payment processes with buyers through the bank to complete the whole process within a stipulated time frame.
∎ Correspond with brands for order development, order production follow-up with the factory and delivery on time.
∎ Cost estimate of buttons with consultation of factory and management.
∎ Maintain close monitoring of all L/C payments so that those are reimbursed without any delay.
∎ Liaison with the factory to ensure smooth production and delivery to customers and buyers.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
