Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check cash vouchers, bills/ expenses, and payment requisitions.
∎ Ability to keep documents.
∎ Strong analytical skills that help observe, evaluate, and draw inferences.
∎ Prepare different monthly reports and weekly reports.
∎ Check daily cash deposits and other bank transactions.
∎ Check all receipts & payments, bank reconciliation, income statements, etc.
∎ Check Cash & Bank book, ledger, different types of registers, etc.
∎ Identifying and fixing gaps in procurement, dispatch, and display processes.
∎ Carry out accounts and systems auditing & figured out discrepancies & inefficiencies.
∎ To check and verify all store requisitions, delivery challan, MRR, bills, vouchers, etc.
∎ Ensure physical verification of stock & cash.
∎ Local procurement audit, price verification, and justification.
∎ Raw materials finished goods & general store item inventory taking & audit.
∎ Prepare comprehensive audit reports for management review.
∎ Pre-audit of all accounting transactions, purchase requisitions, financial vouchers, bills,s, etc.
∎ Able to handle Company tax, VAT, Customs, etc.
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA CC Course Completed
∎ Excellency in MS Office, especially in MS Excel
∎ Must be able to work under pressure
∎ Excellent communication Skill
