∎ MSc / MBA in Marketing / equivalent by qualification

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Explore and develop new customers.
∎ To deal with the buyers independently for all aspects of marketing activities including marketing, sourcing, price quoting, negotiating, collecting orders, shipment etc.
∎ Cost calculation & price negotiation with buyer. Follow up with buyer for the feedback of the price, sample & capacity/space booking.
∎ Keep close liaison with the buyer for all the activities like order booking, processing, order follow up & export planning etc.
∎ Monitor and assist in the development & creation of new buyers for expanding the business.
∎ Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
∎ Must be able to understand the main challenges of a denim sustainable production process as well as marketing process.
∎ Able to develop new product as per the requirement of the buyer and Market.
∎ Able to take different marketing strategy and customer base in consultation with management.
∎ Optimize order profile to maximize profitability.
∎ Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
∎ Ensure excellent communication with Buyer for any technical clarification, when is required.
∎ Develop commercialization plans to ensure effective implementation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be capable of managing Business independently.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills both in Bangla and English.
∎ Good skills in MS Office Applications
∎ Ability to deal with multiple tasks under pressure meeting deadlines.
∎ Ability to travel frequently all over the country.
