Experience Requirements:
∎ 13 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Ability to Work Under Pressure, Computer skill, Export & Import, Good comunication skill, Microsoft Excel, Office Administration, Trading/ Wholesale/ Indenting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Trading or Export/Import

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures;
∎ Handle all Administrative Tasks.
∎ Should have complete knowledge of all our business platforms.
∎ Should have complete knowledge of TPM, 5s, KPI, Kaizen, CAPA, Abnormality identification, SOP, etc.
∎ Should have knowledge about VAT, TAX, and accounts payable & receivable systems.
∎ Should have knowledge of IT & Creative section for offline/online marketing.
∎ Increase our sales.
∎ Create new road maps to double the company revenues within the next 6 months
∎ Provide daily/weekly & monthly reports to the authority of our every concern.
∎ Control/Manage/Handle our all financial department.
∎ Should have knowledge of commercial activities.
∎ Should have knowledge of Customs, import L/C / Local L/C, and C&F handling.
∎ Should suggest us new business platforms to work in for the company's growth.
∎ Bring new clients/order and sets new ventures with big platforms/company for long terms business growth.
∎ Should have good knowledge of regulatory affairs.
∎ Should be able to keep the departmental alternative ready as well as look into procurement/recruitment.
∎ Set challenging and realistic goals for growth, performance, and profitability.
∎ Develops and implements policies for operations, and communicates these policy changes to department/team leaders
∎ Oversee all operational activities of the organization;
∎ Maintains and directs the daily operations of the business, including coordinating with human resources, legal, sales, marketing, manufacturing, purchase, branding, and other departments
∎ Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication;
∎ Evaluate organization performance by analyzing and interpreting data;
∎ Provide accurate and timely reports outlining the operational condition of the company.
∎ Manage relationships with partners/vendors;
∎ HR policy customizes/build-up/updates for company growth.
∎ Being able to present PPT/Reports of companies performance and reveal creative thinking for development.
∎ Corporate communication in Bangla, English, and Hindi.
∎ Company KPI up gradation & development.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 31 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be capable of managing Business independently.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills both in Bangla and English.
∎ Good skills in MS Office Applications
∎ Ability to deal with multiple tasks under pressure meeting deadlines.
∎ Ability to travel frequently all over the country.

Salary:
