Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good understanding of business operation & software implementation process.
∎ Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
∎ Desire to work software implantation in different business platform.
∎ To provides onsite support and the 1st level of Technical Support to the Client Research and identify solutions to software issues
∎ Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
∎ Able to inform accurately client functionality requests or software change requests to internal development team.
∎ Able to prepare a check list for unresolved issues & place appropriately to internal teams (e.g. software developers)
∎ Knowledge about documentation of business processes and operational procedure
∎ Able to work closely with the development team for providing solutions to users.
∎ To have strong communication skill & able to work under pressure

Additional Requirements:
∎ Wide knowledge on Oracle Apex & Database
∎ At Least 2 (two) years Practical Experience on Oracle Apex development & also have leading capacity
∎ To have good concept on SQL, PL/SQL, oracle reports, WebLogic setup
∎ Assist seniors by providing technical assistance efficiently to keep up with the service users.
