Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
∎ Diploma in Textile Engineering from any reputed private or public university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments, Industrial & Production Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after over all Planning & IE Department.
∎ Production plan considering capacity & strength to ensure timely shipment target.
∎ Sound knowledge on cost reduction & control.
∎ Ensure proper work balancing & confirm daily operations/ line wise production target.
∎ Plan and oversee all layouts, line balancing & re-engineering for better productivity.
∎ Ensuring time and motion study for all styles.
∎ Ensuring optimum utilization of Men and Machines.
∎ Responsible for right quality production & on time Delivery.
∎ Must be versatile in judging SMV of all operations and maintain SMV database.
∎ Implement KPI System for operation and ensure monthly workers' assessment report
∎ Operators skill development, prepare corrective action and training for potential workers.
∎ Identify bottle neck of operation, reconcile and define way forward for on time shipment.
∎ Identify and assist for resolution of production problems.
∎ Coordinate with supply chain team to ensure smooth productivity.
∎ Prepared all type of Planning and Production related report (s).
∎ Better Communication & Cooperation with all relevant departments.
∎ Ensure technical and per-production meeting with production and quality team.
∎ Any other task provides by top management.
∎ Analyze the bulletin and prepare Layouts, identify critical operation and special machines/attachment
∎ Conducting capacity study, method study, production study, Time Study, line balancing etc.
∎ Daily manpower balancing, target setting & achievement monitoring.
∎ Identify and minimize the bottle neck areas, co-ordinate with seniors and line managers for solving issues;
∎ Balance the line to ensure minimum work in progress (WIP).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
